ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Each item is handmade and made to order, so please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be made and posted. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Mischief Alley ships domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are determined based on your order weight and shipping location. Costs will be populated at checkout. You will receive tracking information to track your order once it is posted. 

Please refer to the Australia Post website for domestic and international delivery estimates. These timeframes only apply after you receive a shipping notification and does not include processing time. 

If you require your order to be shipped immediately, please contact me. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We make, quality check, package and ship each item by hand, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind purchases. 

We are not liable for damages that occur in transit, however please contact us at mischiefalley@outlook.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your item if there are any problems so we can work to resolve the issue. 

CUSTOMS/DUTIES CHARGES

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Mischief Alley is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Mischief Alley to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. If you have questions regarding customs/duties, please contact your local postal service.
